When I typed in 'teddy bear eye shadow' into the search engine on the page it didn't pop up immediately but instead took me to other quad eye shadows and I had to scroll through those to find 'teddy bear'. Also my birthday gift code wasn't valid.

The offer said that it would be automatically added to my bag and I would choose samples at checkout. It didn’t work that way, I would click “more information,” and then I would be sent back to the “shop to quality” page even though I should already qualify. So it’s quite confusing and probably a lot of people would not complete checkout because they don’t see any offers that should qualify for in their shopping bag or at checkout.
