Reccomend you put the step of adding delivery and billing address before the checkout button just cuz when sending a gift u want to first make sure u have the right delivery adress before pressing checkout but all good

The website is terrible! Slow. It kept telling me I was in Canada, when I'm in Texas. Some free samples I didn't even want were keeping me from getting expedited shipping, I tried to remove them, but they wouldn't leave. I waited a long time for a chat agent to get product info; instead of answering, after 12 minutes I got a message saying they were sorry for the bad experience, although I hadn't complained. Clinique really needs to up their website game--and this is coming from a 72 year old! I've been using Clinique since I was 15,but experiences like this are making me rethink those many years of loyalty to your brand
