I have used Clinique products for 50 years. I might phrase it as "half a century" but that would make me feel inexorably older than 80 ! As my skin changed over the years, my choice of Clinique products has also evolved. Although it may seem counter intuitive, I now need significantly less makeup to look younger. This year, I decided to try a slightly different color foundation. In the past I would visit the Clinique counter to try different products, but driving 60 miles to an urban shopping center now has become an experience I gladly leave to other more valiant souls. Shopping online for makeup, I admit, can be a challenge. "Which tiny little square of color is right for me? Which should I order?" Then, I saw Clinique offered me the chance to order foundation samples, try them at home to make an informed decision in front of my own mirror! Returns are free. Well done, Clinique! I am grateful for your thoughtful marketing.

I am an addict of the lovely Black Honey almost lipstick and thus shopping was a pleasure. However, I do have a concern. When the birthday message included with my gift “saved”, it chopped words into pieces where the lines of text ended. My attempts to edit the message were not entirely successful. I am not sure if this is only an online problem. I hope it is. Overall my experience with Clinique was and always has been, very positive!

Site is very slow, I very clearly clicked on NUDE HONEY and black honey came up at check out. I had trouble with redeeming my birthday gift. Am disappointed that I got an email telling me soap was back in stock then go to order and get the COMING SOON button with no indication of when.

I love the options for types of discounts you can apply to orders. I wish that the smart rewards were a bit easier to get. I would probably try other products I’m interested in if there were trial sizes available as freebies or part of awards. I don’t want to pay for large amounts of a product I may not like.
