Terrible. I canceled my order because Clinique is committing fraud when it promises to give customers products for purchasing a certain amount and then at checkout the offer disappears. Very disappointed in your company. Will not shop online again as you just cheat your customers. I would not recommend your website to anyone!

I was due an anniversary gift which I got. But I selected a product and then went to cont. shopping to select another. Then the second was the only one in my cart but I saw the anniversary gift. Then I went back to select the first product again but anniversary gift wasn't there. removed 2nd product and then it showed up so you lost sale of 1 item. Disappointed that my lipstick choice no longer there.

It would be much easier if you specified how you plan to deliver. I have a Post Office box which you have rejected in the past. I have a street address with a different town. Which you have rejected in the past. Now I use the post office address with my box number as a unit which the post office suggests I not use on your website. Just trying to get your package is a pain and the worst part of the experience. Just tell me you're delivering through the post office or you're delivering with u.P s or fedex would make it so much easier. Why is having a Post Office box such a challenge for you, thousands of people have that in rural areas.
