I could not find the Dramatically Different Moisture Cream. The eye liner no longer has the chocolate shade I always use, and the powder I use was not there, nor the color. Very disappointing for a loyal customer.

I've ordered from the website a few times over the past year. I've only experienced one issue with an order in which one item was missing but the vendor was able to send me that missing item. I don't think the Clinique website has as many options as they have at the counters in the mall but it's much easier and faster to get these products from ordering online

Good experience with the use of the site. I agreed to do the survey hoping to share that I miss the chunky stick for eyes that I used for a eye primer. I have never been happy with the little "cake" eye primer as the case has ALWAYS broken with in weeks of getting it and the "cake" dries out. This leaves me trying other brands trying to find a replacement option...

I found all of the Moisture Surge products that I routinely use, very easily. But I also shopped for eyeliners and did not read enough descriptive information to help me decide between the different eyeliner products, so I decided not to purchase until I can test a product or otherwise more confidently know which eyeliner suits my needs. Outside of that, the shopping experience was smooth and quick. I will always choose Clinique for its quality products and great shopping experience.
