This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. After shopping and ordering I had better things to say, but my delivery was AWFUL. King bed came with queen slats. Delivery men didn’t care, referred me to customer service who did not help. I was on the phone with them for 2 hrs. They tried to use my warranty, file a claim, and schedule a technician without understanding my deliver was missing a piece. I asked to speak with supervisor and they said they’d call back within 24 hrs. I wanted a Saturday delivery for an “exchange” (so I could return and get all parts) and I was told a weekend wasn’t available for another 6-8 weeks. That long Without a bed? That’s insane. I travel for work, and work M-F and was learning a new job. I cannot take off and they just kept saying “the system” won’t let them schedule a Saturday. So the supervisor called back and said if a Saturday opens, he’ll call me and ask if I want to schedule it. At this time, I had a Friday delivery and rearranged work and travel to be home for the bed. I get a text from a store salesperson saying “we sent an email to confirm” and I had no email. I CALL to then find out my delivery was moved to Saturday. Mind you, they don’t send confirmation emails for exchanges. How do you complete or set up a transaction without proof?? TERRIBLE. I also ordered a dresser kn back order but who knows if they really know what they’re talking about. I’m really disappointed and my back hurts from sleeping on my sofa bc of their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend. I paid premium delivery for $150 and did not get it

City furniture always has good options. I like that the delivery is fast and easy however I think it’s expensive compared to other companies. We have a lot of items from city home and they have surved us well!

The prices are similar to other furniture stores and. The quality is subpar. Couch cushion are flatten within a a couple months and the couch squeaks as well

The ordering process was smooth, and the color I wanted was in stock and ready to ship, which was a plus. The chairs are much larger than I expected. So I'm glad I opted for 3 and not 4, or I'd not have been able to fit them all. One chair leg has 2 minor scuffs, and one chair cushion has some minor pilling that the other two don't. Unsure why this is, if they are new. I paid for the premium service, which was fine. They brought the chairs up without any boxes. They unbox them in the warehouse and do any assembling there. So, you have to assume they are new.

I ordered online because when I went to the store, not one sales person spoke to me. When I asked the sales person for help in the outlet section, he seemed annoyed and reluctant to help. The sales person then gave the least amount of help possible and went back to whatever he was doing. At least six sales people saw me enter and leave the store and no one said a word.. I left the store and ordered online from the parking lot because the item was on a good sale.

The ottoman looked beautiful when it first arrived, but the quality is extremely disappointing. It feels as though there is not enough filling in the cushion. You can simply place your hand on the top and it leaves a noticeable indentation and even a handprint impression. The cushion is also very lumpy and uneven, and it does not regain its shape. I expected much better quality and construction. Unfortunately, this ottoman looks much nicer in the pictures than it actually feels and performs in person. I would not recommend it based on the quality of the cushion.

Order online was easy, we went 1st in the store at Fort Myers. Sales representative was nice, but we left with a question and she wanted to call us the next day with the answer, but she never did. E left all our information in her system to order immediately after receiving the answer. 2 sales representatives gave us wrong answers, after we questioned it, we found out it was wrong.Very unprofessional, finally I ordered it online. This is why I preferred to order the item for my mom online. I would never go back in this store.

Great, straightforward and easy. I like the apple pay option. I am not sure if my delivery fee includes the item that needs scheduled delivery. That was not clear and I'm hoping I'm just paying the one time fee for the whole order. There are no discounts or first customer discounts.
