I purchased online, bedroom furniture but no mattresses with premium delivery. It said to make sure the room was clear of furniture and ready for delivery. I called customer service on the phone to ask if the delivery would take a matress even though I did not order one. She wasn't sure so she put me on hold. She returned to the phone to tell me that as long as I paid for the premium delivery, they would take my old matress. I even asked again, "even without purchasing a mattress?" And she reassured me that as long as I am having furniture delivered and it's not a threshold delivery, it would get taken. The delivery people refused to take it even after calling their supervisor to check.

The dresser and crib arrived and the crib had already chipped and some of the finish was removed. I’m concerned about the quality and longevity of this product and what will happen once the baby begins teething and chewing on the crib. If it’s already chipped upon arrival I am concerned how much worse it will become with wear and tear. Otherwise, online ordering and delivery were a seamless process.
