Ordered two items and one was delivered damaged. Customer care rescheduled delivery for the damaged item for two days later. That item was received in perfect condition. First set of delivery personnel were not the best. One was very rude, and the other caused damage to our walls while removing the cardboard from the furniture. Customer care provided us a $50 gift certificate because of this. Second set of delivery personnel were great. Love our new furniture!

The delivery team was friendly and efficient. The only thing I did not like was the delivery confirmation process. I am fine with signing off for my product. I do not care to speake with someone on a device on a recorded line to confirm said address unless there is a problem and I have made the call. It is not secure for the customer.

As a loyal customer, I would like to see better options. All I saw on the outdoor items are pretty much the same stuff with 1-2 different things and extremely over rated prices. Some products are cheaper than others and others are not worth the price provided. We all have our budgets and this is a business but it also needs to be right.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at City Home. What should have been a simple furniture purchase turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I ordered and paid for four dining chairs, along with an additional fee for premium delivery. Four days later, only one chair was delivered. When I asked the delivery driver where the remaining three chairs were, he contacted the store on my behalf. I was told that someone would research the issue and call me back that same day. No one ever did. After waiting several days, I called again. This time, I was told it appeared the remaining chairs had been discontinued, but no solution was offered. Instead, I was once again promised a callback after they gathered more information. Once again, no one followed through. I eventually had to call a third time, only to be informed that the chairs had indeed been discontinued. As a result, I am now left with one dining chair for a four-person dining table because City Home accepted my order and delivered only a fraction of what I purchased. To make matters worse, their proposed solution was to pick up the single chair they delivered—while refusing to refund the premium delivery fee that I paid for a delivery that was never completed. Charging customers for premium delivery while failing to deliver the complete order is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, repeated broken promises to return my calls, poor inventory management, and failure to provide a reasonable resolution demonstrate a serious disregard for customer service. Selling merchandise that cannot be fulfilled, failing to proactively notify customers, and then expecting the customer to chase down answers is unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend City Home. The entire process felt misleading and, at best, reflects extremely poor business practices. I expected far better from a company selling quality furniture, but instead received frustration, wasted time, and a completely unresolved purchase.

Sight was easy to navigate only suggestion would be to add sort by color options also I applied for and was approved for the credit card- however it didn’t automatically apply to my purchase

I had a great experience with the City Home website. The site was easy to navigate, product information was clear, and the checkout process was simple and seamless. I had already visited the showroom to see the sofa in person, and being able to complete my purchase online afterward made everything very convenient. I’m excited to receive my Everly sectional and hope the delivery experience is just as smooth. So far, everything has been excellent!

From soup to nuts, everything was great! Also loved the fact that the sales.people didn't bother you as well were shopping. Only introduced themselves, told us their name and stated "If you need my help, I am here".

Overall, my experience with the website was positive. The site was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed without too much difficulty. One area that could be improved is making certain sections easier to locate, as I had to click through several pages to find what I was looking for. Adding clearer menu labels or a more prominent search feature would make the experience even better. Overall, I appreciate the user-friendly design and would recommend continuing to improve navigation and accessibility for visitors.

Sometimes the website is not easy to navigate. Extra images flicker over the main image when I try to scroll down. This was frustrating. Also, it was difficult to figure out the delivery option and scheduling. When shopping on the site, I examined a few items only to see that they are out of stock or more than a month away from availability. I wasted my time when considering those items. Finally, I found that the prices here are a lot more than they should be.
