tv stand was not packed well....it was as though was a returned product partially assembled, broken and then returned....resold to us to deal with...however claim process was fantastic, agreed product not as expected....they made it right

I was looking for a sleeper sofa for my new home for the guest room/office. I previously purchased over $10,000 of furniture from City in 2023 when I moved to my last home. I have been very happy with the service, especially from Jon Taylor at the Wellington location. I was hoping that there would be a discount or that the item I purchased was on sale as I have been a high spending loyal customer previously, but this was not the case which is a bit upsetting.

Even though the dresser set I really wanted was on back order I did find one that would work for now. I was impressed by the on time delivery and the packaging was amazing. There was no way anything could have been damaged the way they took care of their pre delivery packaging. I would order again forsure.
