The furniture and delivery process were great.
The site offered a 7% discount but when I reached out about how to add that and pay with my credit card so 8 could finance for the 18 months I was told that was not possible, via phone and via chat. They kept saying I had to go to the store to do that, or pay them via my credit card over the phone, which refused to do. The man I spoke to was super rude.
After messing around with the system for a bit, I finally spoke to another lady via chat that said when I went in to pay with a cc it would automatically give me the options I was looking for. I went in a tried it the way she said and it worked. I didn't have to drive to the store, or give that guy my cc information. Not sure if it was a scam or he just wanted the credit and therefore wouldn't tell me what to do, but it made me lose my trust in this company. Thankfully I figured it out. And ordered and it was delivered.
