I prefer the old formula of the Seaweed Conditioner. I add water to the new conditioner because it's heavy and slightly greasy on my hair. I have curly red hair and have been using bumble products for 20+ yrs.Cheers!

I was sent a discount code. I qualified. It didnât work. I spent over an hour online and on the phone (recorded) where I was told Iâd be contacted - no one contacted me and the discounted amount wasnât credited. The waste of time wasnât worth the amount. B&B just terrible service and doesnât appear to care about its customers.

You need more payment options. Apple Pay or PayPal. I would like to purchase trail sleeves of product so I do not have to buy 250ml of product before I know it will work on my hair. As for free items, let me choose what my free item is. I will never use a 1l bottle of clearing shampoo yet I got one, Iâll never use the beach spray. I donât want to add it just because itâs free as it is wasteful and definitely does not make me want to come back.

The Bumble and Bumble website is very easy to navigate. I have been using B&B products for years and have never been disappointed. I am a loyal customer based on the results with my hair. I have used Hairdressers Oil all products for years. I have started to use the Bonding line and love them. Will rotate with Hairdresser's Oil prodcts.
