The Bumble and Bumble website is very easy to navigate. I have been using B&B products for years and have never been disappointed. I am a loyal customer based on the results with my hair. I have used Hairdressers Oil all products for years. I have started to use the Bonding line and love them. Will rotate with Hairdresser's Oil prodcts.

I originally had a hard time finding what I wanted , and I ended up ordering the wrong thing. I did return it and the postage cost me1/2 the value of the item I returned. I spent a long time trying to find what I wanted. I contacted the on-line help. That got me absolutely nowhere. After a lot more time, I think I found it. I ordered it no feeling comfortable with my action. Had I not been using this product since 2007, and I love it. I never would have perseveared in ordering the item.

says 15% off all site; also said 15% if sign up - the buyer would have no clue if any of the above 2 has been effected. In fact, none. Instead it gives you a free gift - 3 to choose from. But it was impossible to change the choice of the free gift. I had to delete ALLL my orders and restart all over again. Much easier to buy from amazon except without the free gift which one wasn't told at the beginning. And changing the free gift is like pulling teeth. Should fire your IT person.
