I was really upset when the wrong address flashed before my eyes right as I clicked pay and then NO WAY TO CANCEL and the bot would not do it and no one answered live chat for a long time. That was all really upsetting because that is a LOT of money for hairspray and I'm on a fixed income. I've been thinking about buying hairspray for literally months. I finally realize B&B products won't fail me and I decide to buy from B&B personally and not Amazon (to avoid that ICE supporting / union busting / company store). And BOOM it's going to Maryland instead of Oregon. Because when I updated the address in Apple Pay, it changed the billing address but not the shipping address, because THAT is in a different place on the phone. ACK! But I tried B&B Live Chat again using my pc instead of my phone and live chat answered immediately and solved it.
