Wanted to put my text 15 code in to get 15% off that I was texted. And there was no finding the spot to do so… But I put it through anyway. Your website is generally difficult to navigate… And makes one hesitant to visit because of that. Talking to a real person is preferred at this point.

I think bumble & bumble is the best for fine and/or thinning hair ..shampoo, conditioner, volumizing spray, Go Big & hairspray. Normally, I order from Amazon. Thus time, I went to B&B directly for quality control, immediate delivery & excellent price. I was impressed by its website, product presentation/description & delivery options, website design & navigation ease. From start to finish, excellent service, excellent products!

I had issues with checking out (got the spiraling circle that went no where). It has happened multiple times. I have been trying to order for several months. I was actually watering down my shampoo. Luckily it finally went through. Using the chat feature was nice. The person (or bot, not sure) was helpful in that they at least stated they would forward the issue to the tech people.

I was told that if I gave my email I would get 15% off as a code and then there was no field where I could enter the code at checkout and I felt ripped off. I got free shipping and I wanted to also receive the 15% discount and I felt tricked.
