The website is clear and upfront. It is user friendly. There are no "hidden" prices or "add to cart" to see the price, I appreciate this. I would like to have more options when it comes down to the "gift" during check out. Love the trial size gifts as well. Shipping is affordable if you are placing an order above $100.00 otherwise the cost of the items plus shipping is high.

I like the bb rewards and the percentage discounts. I didn't realize, I lose the rewards if I don't use them. That should be more clear. I didn't like that I can't stack rewards/offers. I appreciate the information about how to use a product and for what purpose and how often.
