As mentioned previously in the survey, I found it hard to find my rewards on the checkout page. The carousel was also a bit slow to use, there seemed to be a lag in the animation of the carousel. I find the B&B website overall easy to use!

I really like this particular dry shampoo powder, it works well. I prefer powder over spray because I have more control over how much product goes onto my hair at a time, and where it goes. The one drawback is that I have medium-dark brown hair and this product makes my hair look a little bit lighter - I wish this were made in a "for brown hair" version.
