It would be great if we could add rewards once we're in the cart. I started the check out process thinking I could, but realized I had to go elsewhere to activate my reward (mid check out) and then come back to my cart and continue.

I would have loved to have my product now but Sephora doesn't carrie Bumble and Bumble anymore so I had to go to the website it was quick and easy but I have to wait 5-10 business days now instead of having your product now in my hands.

After receiving an email about a sale this weekend, I attempted to purchase my desired items. It failed on the first four attempts. Not having the time to try yet another device, I put it off. Seeing an email with the sale ending, I made sure to try again last night. On my laptop in two different browsers (Chrome and Safari), my iPad (Chrome), and my work laptop (the only windows device of this list, using Chrome). None of them worked and as it was after hours, I was not able to get any assistance. In order to get the order to go through, I had to use my work laptop and a new browser, Edge. Very frustrating and not the first time. Every time I have tried to order from the website, this has been my experience.

I’m not crazy about the design - the layout of products seems like I’m on generic website. I was expecting Bumble and Bumble to be more highend on their site. The models are weird too. When I think bumble and bumble, I’m expecting polished, put together, and somewhat classy. The models give me the opposite impression. It’s just a personal preference.

I clicked on a drop down, but it was stuff like “shine” or “calming” instead of “curls” which is what I was looking for. But I scrolled and found the products I wanted. Then I had to edit my cart because I selected the wrong size, and I had to click edit and enter another window to do that. Then I checked out using Apple Pay.

I was excited to see the promotion. I think I stopped getting Bumble and Bumble emails for some reason. It was difficult finding all my products and my cart kept getting cleared when I get interrupted and I left the tap open. But once I was ready to check out it was easy.
