The site was just a little complicated to figure out . I was at the end of my experience and wanted to change the prongs # from 6 to 4 and if completely redirect me to start all over . Which just made thing some much long then they had to be. Also the CT. Size also did the same thing . Possibly because I was using my phone. Idk but over all I extremely happy with my purchase and the experience with the store in NY. Thank you

I loved the ability to design several different options to get opinions from friends and family. They steps are easy and the whole process takes no time at all! The amount of gemstones and settings was amazing! I did get a little confused on why I wasnt given the option to do certain gemstones in certain settings, but that was a minor issue.

This is the third necklace I have bought from Brilliant Earth and am very pleased with the quality and appearance. At 96 y.o. I plan to leave these to my caregivers as a token of appreciation when I pass on. Not knowing sizes or personal preferences of the individuals, I thought a necklace was an appropriate gift. I was very impressed with Brilliant Earth's huge selection and quality of just about everything imageable and I plan to purchase additional gifts. The packaging and delivery have been fantastic, could not be better.

Very impressed with the ease and speed at which my refund was issued for product return. So disappointed with product. The drop pearl on both earrings were detached from the screw which was meant to hold it in place. One defected piece I may be able to understand, but not both.Also the stone was described on the website as light pink, as was depicted in the photo. The stone in actuality was a pale peachy champagne. When I placed the order, I had two other pairs of earrings waiting in my wishlist. Unfortunately I have no confidence in the quality of Brilliant Earth products, so those pieces will not be purchased.

It took me a whole year to get the ring!!!! Now that I have your attention, let me share my experience with Brilliant Earth. Working with Corina Covarrubias was honestly one of the best parts of the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand. I first stopped by the Brilliant Earth store in Kierland Commons, Scottsdale, just to compare their engagement rings with one I had seen at Costco. The Costco ring was around $2,000 more, only came in platinum, and only offered a princess cut. Corina asked me a simple question: Do you know what kind of cut your girl likes? I had no clue , I assumed everyone went with princess cuts. But Corina explained how styles have evolved and that if I asked the right questions, I could figure out the perfect cut for her. She suggested I consider pear or oval cuts, and that opened my eyes. She also asked about band material. I knew my girl preferred yellow gold, which Costco didn’t offer but Brilliant Earth did. They even had a beautiful cathedral-style band that really made the diamond stand out. I didn’t buy anything that day, and what impressed me most was that Corina didn’t pressure me or bombard me with emails or calls. She simply sent one thoughtful follow up email with all the details: the cut, the band style, the carat size, and more. Over the next year, I paid attention, asked questions, and figured out exactly what my girl would love. When I was ready, I searched my inbox, found Corina’s email, and placed the order with full confidence. As a Mexican man, I truly appreciated that Corina treated me with respect, like a serious buyer from the start. I’m so happy I made the right choice not just with the ring, but with who I trusted to help me through this big step in my life.

I wish I could have put a cross engraving on the 2mm plain woman gold ring. I know it’s for 3mm and up but I really would have liked to have the cross on my wife’s wedding ring, we’re both Christian and we both met in church so the cross holds double value to us. Hopefully y’all see this and maybe work a way to add it, I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra to have it put on there. Thank you for your quality work.
