For Christmas, I really struggled to find the website. I told my daughter I wanted to send her a bulb garden for Valentine’s Day and she directed me to the Breck’s Gifts site so it was easy. Prices and shipping feels high, but love the products. I sent a bulb garden to my daughter and my Mom. I am loving the subscription I am receiving.

The plant bloomed but I could have done a better job. It is not worth the money you charge. Looks bad. I have ordered from you before and have been satisfied but this looks like a kid did it. You charge to much money..... I will not be ordering from you again. It looked really good in the catalog. I think any one could have done better.,

Hi, I ordered this exact order in December over the phone and even gave my new debit card to a male csr at brecks. My original order was placed in Nov. 2025 but I had a compromised atm card and had to call and reorder. I did not look to track but discovered that the three gifts I ordered were never sent... no idea why the CSR took the time to go over the order and my addresses and then didn't complete the order. How sad that my gifts didn't arrive and I wasn't contacted. I did reorder because I had told one of my sisters it was on its way, it is near 3 weeks late, but at least it finally arrived. The CSR I spoke to to update the payment was not very courteous.

I've used Breck's for years, and I've literally spent thousands. But prices and quality and service aren't consistent any more. So, unless there's a really good sale, Breck's still costs significantly more, so I mostly buy my bulbs locally these days.

I ordered a 3 bulb amaryllis as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law, who loves plants. The gift arrived on time. She followed all the directions. After about 3 weeks none of the bulbs have sprouted and the bulbs feel soft and squishy. My daughter-in-law is good with plants so I don't think it is an issue with care. I had gotten her bulbs other years and they grew beautifully.

I ordered identical gifts to be sent to my two sisters for their birthdays, so I asked for different shipping dates to have them arrive close to those dates. One sister received her gift on time, the other sister has not, and I have not even received notice that it shipped. I did email and was told a case number had been created, but haven’t heard anything yet about it shipping. And for the first item, it said tracking was not available.
