Had 2 separate orders. On the first from Nov. 1 was for Xmas gift for people. Brecks had the wrong zip code for my billing address and informed me by email, so I called and updated the order with the correct zip code, after waiting on hold for a long time. However, even though everything was updated, Brecks cancelled my order and I never knew until I had to make another phone call to customer service. Because they cancelled my first order, I made another order in early December. From that new order, 2 items were delivered to their recipients in late December. However, I never received the third item. I finally got a card in the mail stating that they were out of stock and had to cancel the order. Very disappointed in customer service people who didn't seem to understand the problem or explain what was happening with the orders.

I did this too late to get my first choice of some items. My fault. It would be helpful if the system would retain the names and addresses of my recipients since I send to most of the same people every year.

I have been ordering Christmas gifts for my daughter and her mother in law for several years now. I love that there are so many beautiful choices. This year I ordered the Star of Bethlehem container for each of them for a change from amaryllis and they were well received.

Product was to ship 12/21/24…still not shipped as of 1/4/25. Order tracking now says backordered. why promo a product if you don't have enough to fill the orders. will be last time I order for the holidays.

Its eh... I never knew about the site till my mother shared it. I would make it back later for some flowers for my lady. Overall it is nice for what it has, I feel you should try doing more social media or so to share your site, with a younger crowd.

I ordered bird seed ornaments for my bird watcher husband. When they arrived, I was surprised to see that at least half of the seeds were in the bottom of the box and the ornaments looked bad. I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement or refund. They were prompt, wonderful and very helpful. I was immediately sent a full amount in the form of a gift certificate, with no expiration date! I was very pleased.

I ordered three plants for three friends. I asked them to be delivered on December 23 rd. Two of the plants were delivered on December 17th and the third on December 26th. I saw the plant that was delivered on December 26th. It was starting to grow. It looked good. My other friend who received the same plant on December 17th said that her plant was just starting to grow. She thought the bulbs were planted too deep and wasn’t sure if they would grow. I don’t have any feedback on the third plant.
