The flowers came on time and bloomed a few weeks after receiving them. The flowers themselves were beautiful, but a little weak looking. It was a little annoying not being able to see where my package was, but the shipping was fast.

I ordered two identical bulb planters, one to a remote ranch in Texas, one to a popular neighborhood in Portland, OR. We are happy with the basket and the bulbs are growing. However, they took a very long time to arrive! 10 days to TX and 12 days to OR. I checked several times but was unable to track them. I never got notice they were delivered, fortunately the recipients let me know. Since these were sympathy gifts, it would have been nice for me to have more info. I was also not able to find the delivery fee. When I checked my credit card, the identical basket cost $24 more to ship to a metropolitan Portland neighborhood than a secluded ranch in Texas, 60 miles out of town! Weird!

I had to fill out registration form about 8 or so times as you found errors though I never did figure out the errors! I attempted to g\chat but that was not successful either. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Good experience, except this is a gift, and I was unable to find a shipping date or projected arrival date. One recipient lives in a very far out place in Texas! I have no idea when it will arrive?

I have had a replacement certificate for some time, but the selection is quite small so it has taken me awhile to choose. I did not want to purchase another plant since I have had consistently poor luck with your plants. I had two certificates, one stated at the end of the checkout process that it now has 32 cents remaining, even though there was a remaining balance on the purchase that I had to pay for. It was very strange.

I have purchased from Breck's multiple times, and each time has been a pleasure. Very easy to order, every delivery has been on time and products always come in well packed. I have purchased E- gift certificates and it was very easy to do and was sent right over to the person which is great as they can browse and choose what they want especially since they have a huge selection! Highly recommend Breck's.

We purchased a three-month amaryllis gift for our daughter-in-law. The plants come to our home, but we live 10 minutes away, so we can deliver it. We thought we put the correct information in the form when making the purchase, but clearly didn't do it right. However, Breck's has fulfilled the purchase (one more plant to go) to our satisfaction.

This is a replacement for my previous order that was completely upended in the box upon delivery. It was dirt, bulb and vase all jumbled inside the box. The box was even delivered upside down on my porch in spite of the bold arrows indicating correct direction. I was really mad to say the least. After planting, the bulb has yet to show any signs of life and will be yanked out of the ground when this replacement arrives.

Ordering an e-gift card was a little unclear. I would like to have been able to select the date on which the e-gift arrived. After a time, I called your 877 number. Customer service was polite and mostly helpful. I learned that I can’t schedule an e-gift, but must place the order on the date I want it to be sent. My other experiences with Brecks have been good! I have had good luck with my items, either gifted to someone or for myself.

Like the photos and descriptions of the items on the website. The website lacks the ability to sort by rating, which would be helpful. Also, I found the checkout process cumbersome in that I had to re-enter payment details after correcting the SMS notification procedure.

Checkout was not as smooth as it should be. Had to go back a couple of times to make certain that correct information was being entered in the correct space. Example was recipient's address vs my billing address. Have had good experiences in the past with Breck's.
