I had several issues locating a visual of the color for a number of products in apparel and homegoods. This resulted in me rejecting the product as part of my search and final purchase.
I had to call your customer service to apply the coupon: the field where it was located was not in an intuitive spot.
It seems for apparel, women's shirts specifically, size should be selected before color. I'm only interested in looking at things that are in my size and it's a little frustrating to see a color but then to find it's not available in the right size.
I have previous technical experience on a scrum team at Astra Zeneca and have been building websites for over 25 years. I would be happy to join a team to help improve the customer experience.
