One item I wanted was unavailable. The item I purchased wasn't available to pick up at a store closer than a 2-hour drive, necessitating a $9.95 delivery charge. Most other stores, offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount.

I wasn’t aware if there was a shipping charge or not however, when I went to cash out, there was an additional five dollars added to my bill so I’m assuming this is shipping? Because in Delaware it wouldn’t be sales tax as we’re a tax free state. It would’ve been nice to know how much the shipping charge was or whatever this additional five dollar fee was

I waited a couple of days to process my order because I was waiting for the offered 10% off on the wheel that I spun. Why do you offer it if I don't get it? That's $6.50 off my order total. I will be calling on Tuesday for my $6.50 back! Completely unacceptable and I'm a consumer advocate. It is no less than false advertising!
