Please go back to the previous page for some of that answer. I found it very frustrating to shop online at Boscov's today. I have not liked the recent remodel in the store so I thought I could get more done, more quickly online. Your clothing departments are all too jammed, it is difficult to move through the racks and get a good look at the items. They are usually packed onto the racks too, so that you can't easily take something off and look at it and put it back nicely. Then just moving around (yes, if you are a little teenager no problem) in between the racks, they are placed to close to one another on the floor and it makes moving around - especially if you have a cart - very difficult and challenging. I think the old floor plan was much nicer, and easier to move around in. Trying to check out was also difficult, as I was trying to do it with Paypal, since I found out that I did not have an account with you, just with your bank Comenity. I have a card with you, I thought that was an account, but when I put my email and password in, I got a message that I did not have an account. So then I tried to create an account, and entered the information but I did not get a confirmation email or a message showing that an account was successfully created. Overall, I spent more than an hour trying to get the issue resolved. I opened a chat and the bot/virtual assistant whatever it's called said they were going to transfer me to a live person, but then I was never connected with anyone. Then finding that I have a late fee to deal with makes me feel like the sale price (prices from a decade ago) ended up being prices higher than today's prices when I add in that there is a shipping charge for this purchase also. Very frustrating. On top of that, I am now finding out that you want to publish my comments on some other site for this 100 dollar reward. And it's for magazines!?! No - do not publish it, just give it to Boscov's.
