I had 2 different problems with certain parts of a Smallrig video kit that I had purchased from B&H last Spring. I first called about a problem with the usb hub crashing the film recording a few seconds after it started. Their technician helped me find an excellent replacement which arrived at my door in two days. I called a second time because the Smallrig microphone wouldn’t connect with the new hub I described the complex issue. He claimed not to be an expert, but within a few minutes research and a brief consultation, he clearly identified the problem and recommended a better audio solution with proper connections. Again, it was on my doorstep in two days!

I ordered an Epson LLK ink cartridge T5809 for my Epson printer. When I got it - it did not fit my printer. When I contacted B&H I was told that the ink cartridge was not for my printer Epson 3880. I have been replacing cartridges for this printer since I bought it in 2012 and never ever had any problem ordering as long as I ordered the exact correct cartridge number. It is not returnable because I opened it (of course - I opened it -that is how I know it didnt fit!) That was so enraging. I wound up throwing out almost $100 for nothing.
