Ive been using B&H since 2004 and its never been a problem until this time. It would not let me change my billing address to the correct one. I got disconnected from the customer service rep and I am not happy. Keep in mind that I am trying to spend money here

I ordered an Epson LLK ink cartridge T5809 for my Epson printer. When I got it - it did not fit my printer. When I contacted B&H I was told that the ink cartridge was not for my printer Epson 3880. I have been replacing cartridges for this printer since I bought it in 2012 and never ever had any problem ordering as long as I ordered the exact correct cartridge number. It is not returnable because I opened it (of course - I opened it -that is how I know it didnt fit!) That was so enraging. I wound up throwing out almost $100 for nothing.

I only gave the on time delivery a 9 because I received an email the morning of delivery that the order would be delayed a day due to a carrier issue. A couple of hours later my package was on the door step. With that said, this is the first ever hiccup for delivery I've experienced. I love B&H's free next day delivery that's always next day. When I need to make a purchase for photo equipment and supplies, B&H is my sole vender, They have always come through on my needs 100%.

I have been shopping at B&H for 50 years. Their broader product line / online sales were a welcome addition to store buying. While competitors have gone to shady business practices B&H has maintained honest sales & quality merchandise at fair prices. They sell from inventory while others sell and then try to find it, often from bogus sub contractors. Appreciate their quick shipping.
