I only gave the on time delivery a 9 because I received an email the morning of delivery that the order would be delayed a day due to a carrier issue. A couple of hours later my package was on the door step. With that said, this is the first ever hiccup for delivery I've experienced. I love B&H's free next day delivery that's always next day. When I need to make a purchase for photo equipment and supplies, B&H is my sole vender, They have always come through on my needs 100%.

While competitors have gone to shady business practices B&H has maintained honest sales & quality merchandise at fair prices. They sell from inventory while others sell and then try to find it, often from bogus sub contractors. Appreciate their quick shipping.

As an armature photographer, I like B&H site for clarity, wide range of products, reasonable price, and reliability. It is very difficult to suggest how to improve this experience. Probably, it would be better to tailor advertisements toward expected interest of a customer. Maybe it is a task for some AI subroutines, analyzing history of products customers viewing in your site.

I used ChatGPT to suggest a good camera for timelaps. It linked this camera from your website. It also suggested I purchase a mount and MicroSDXC memory card. I asked Chat to link those two items as well, preferably from the same site. The memory card was out of stock, so I purchased it from Amazon instead. It was easy to click the link provided by Chat and proceed directly to check out and also to check out as a guest. Overall, a very simple process.
