There are so many good things about my experience with B&H it's hard to mention just a few. I think the most important thing is that over the years buying from them has just worked. In the "above and beyond" category, yesterday I placed an order with the "Bill To" address incorrectly supplied by PayPal. I got a phone call soon after ordering and the problem was corrected on the spot.

I ordered expedited shipping for a battery pouch and 2 battery packs, but I was not alerted that the battery packs could not be shipped expedited due to the fire risk. Support staff explained this when I called after only the battery pouch arrived on the scheduled delivery day. The battery packs were received the next day, before I left town for a photo shoot, so no harm, but there should be an alert about this when ordering.

Really like B&H. Today I purchased the Manfrotto Be Free 3 way head for my Hasselblad X1D medium format digital camera. This head replaces the K5 Comodo head from Footage. The Be Free 3 way better suits the X1D plus the Be Free folds up nicely.

. I thoroughly enjoy purchasing from B&H. However, I would spend thousands more if your boo pay credit card would increase my limit. Also, very convoluted with Comenity Bank, Brett financial can’t pay with credit card yada yada yada… Would be nice if you had an actual app so I didn’t have to bounce around all the time precludes me from purchasing more items from you. The backpack has so many pockets, and zippers, and "secret compartments" that I know I am going to enjoy even more than I had anticipated.
