I used ChatGPT to suggest a good camera for timelaps. It linked this camera from your website. It also suggested I purchase a mount and MicroSDXC memory card. I asked Chat to link those two items as well, preferably from the same site. The memory card was out of stock, so I purchased it from Amazon instead. It was easy to click the link provided by Chat and proceed directly to check out and also to check out as a guest. Overall, a very simple process. Now, lets just hope they arrive on time and in good condition.

Purchased the item from the “deal zone” daily list of price reduced products. While it is of good value, I believe it is a bit of a scam given that the same item is now listed on the B&H site for only $25.00 higher than what I paid. Therefore in the future I may not be as motivated to purchase from the “deal zone” daily promos.

The checkout process is unnecessarily frustrating because I am required to manually re-enter my full Payboo credit card number every single time I check out, even though the card is already saved to my account. Most retailers let a saved card stay saved and simply confirm at checkout — B&H should offer the same. Having to dig out the physical card and retype the full number on every single order is a real, avoidable inconvenience for a repeat customer.
