Color match chat was spot on! Updates and tracking were very helpful. Package did arrive slightly damaged.. you can tell it got squished. So plastic was bent. But product was unaffected. Hair extensions quality is amazing. Will definitely order again!

I'm so excited about taking the Bellamy hair extension certification course. Unfortunately Bellamy hair itself even with our 50% discount is far too expensive compared to my wholesaler that I have in China. Granted it's not the same shades of color that Bellamy has, however I can just get the blonde and die whatever color I want.

Ordered a few orders of wefts- the online picture is not entirely accurate, nor is the swatch for some of the piano blends. I will continue to order the brunette hair wefts but am concerned about the blonde wefts turning brassy over time. The color variation is great though!

The product itself is excellent, the ordering process was straightforward, and my extensions arrived a day earlier than expected. Where my experience fell short was with the colour consultation. The Bellami stylist recommended only one shade. I asked for additional colour options, but when I didn’t receive a response, I went to my own hairstylist for her recommendation. My hairstylist, who originally referred me to Bellami and is very familiar with their products, immediately felt the recommended colour would be much too flat for my hair. She then helped me choose a more suitable match. I had provided Bellami with four or five good-quality photos from different angles and in good lighting, and at no point was I told that more photos were needed to make a better recommendation. While I would recommend Bellami for the quality of the product and the efficiency of the ordering process, I would advise friends not to rely solely on the online colour consultation, even when providing ample photos. Consulting a trusted hairstylist before purchasing may lead to a better colour match.

Since the website changed there is nothing we like about it, as a business. Multiple times our pro discount hasn't worked (though reaching out to our representative she is able to fix it within a few days or offer a solution). While I appreciate that it is still inconvenient. On top of that the layout and finding products is so much worse. The pop ups and navigating are awful. Shipping is inconsistent. Check out is the only thing that is seamless and fine. It's also extremely irritating that things get auto suggested into your cart. It would be one thing if it was accessories (such as suggesting tape remover while buying tape in extensions), which would still be obnoxious but the fact that it's just another similar color of hair is an insane suggestion. It makes the cart bulky and having to do a second take to make sure you didn't add the wrong items to the card. Not needed, not helpful, and annoying.
