When searching a specific color or length it didn’t give me all of the hair available in such lengths or color. Also need more pictures and descriptions of the differences in the wefts. Also the colors on the color ring aren’t all available online

I contacted my rep to make my first purchase after taking the master stylist class. She proceeded to help me with my rebate and 15% off gave her what I wanted for the order and then was told that the items I wanted are not in stock. Then she told me she would upgrade to a longer length which I didn’t want but agreed to anyways. I had questions for her that I never got answered and felt like I was bothering the rep. Everything came in time and was here. But not too happy with the service concidering how much class and products are.

The ordering process was easy. Working with Lisa, our rep, was awesome. The shipping process was a challenge. We didnt receive the order for next day delivery like we were supposed to.

I received my hair extensions. I took them to my hair appointment a couple days ago with me to have them toned to match my hair. When she toned them, they turned a purpleish color and she said that this has never happened before. She says it has to be the low lights in the bellami extensions. She told me exactly what she used. It was only on for like two minutes. She says that she does this all the time she’s an experienced professional hairdresser owns the Salon been in business for over 15 years. I reached out to Bellami here to see if I can get a return on this product seeing what happened they refuse to return they refuse to help me in anyway. All they said was I’ll give you $80 to purchase a new set. I do not want a new set if I cannot tone these extensions. She said that they sent a sample piece of hair for tester and there was nothing of the sort in my box nor is there any paper that tells us to test them. They are not able to be toned seeing they turn color. The company could’ve had better customer service and helping me resolve this issue by doing a return for me seeing that I am out $265 for whatever their issue is with the hair extensions. This is not my fault I would like to refund! I’m completely dissatisfied with this company. So disappointing. All hair extensions should not do that seeing no hair color picking from an online pic will match perfectly. So of course you have to color them to match.

I use this website all the time to order hair for my clients and I do enjoy it for the most part. I appreciate it logs me in and keeps my account but I don’t like that the professional and other bellami hair is on the same screen in the beginning. Would love a professional only platform. Everything else is easy and smooth

I couldn’t be happier with my Bellami hair extensions! The quality exceeded my expectations—they’re incredibly soft, thick from top to bottom, and blend beautifully with my natural hair. The color matched perfectly, and they look and feel like real, healthy hair. I’ve tried other brands before, but these are by far my favorite. I’ve been buying Bellami Hair for several years and have placed multiple orders over that time. Overall, my experience has been positive, which is why I continue to invest in the brand. That said, I have had some disappointing experiences. I purchased a volume weft that had a lot of short hairs (“mustaches”) sticking out, which made it uncomfortable to wear because the hairs kept poking me. Unfortunately, by the time I realized how bad the issue was, I had already opened, cut, and worn the hair, so I wasn’t able to return it. I also purchased a set of tape-in extensions that I couldn’t use because they didn’t seem to be made properly. In my opinion, the quality went through a period where it wasn’t as consistent as it used to be. However, I do think it’s improved compared to those experiences. While I still wish quality control were more consistent, Bellami remains one of the brands I’m willing to invest in because, overall, I’ve had more good experiences than bad ones. I hope Bellami continues to focus on quality control because when the hair is good, it’s absolutely worth the investment.

Ordered the hair and paid extra for the priority shipping. Ordered 7/11 and received at the end of the day 7/16. Too late and I had to reschedule my client. Embarrassing and unprofessional. First hair I ordered was wrong color. And had to reorder and paid for priority and it came slower than the first regular shipment

experience was good. I prefer the lace weft extensions of the silk seam, sometimes I forget the terminology and there is no photo (that I saw) to clarify what the lace looks like so that was a little tricky. Not all the lengths/weights were available in my color which would've been nice to have a cheaper option like they do in the silk seams but it's OK.
