I used the online service to match my clients hair to buy extensions. They were a perfect match. The second set of wefts I decided to match using the pictures of hair from the website. I usually use color swatches in person. The Infinity wefts were a little lighter than I anticipated. I am still happy with the purchase, but moving forward I will use the swatches or online service chat to match what I need.

I ordered the pony tail. 1) I did not see the “no return” policy on the pony tail. I doubt I would have purchased it. 2) the color match is 90% good. Good enough to keep. 3) I can not get the pony tail to stay in my hair. It’s terrible. It just slips out. I guess my hair is not thick enough. The metal hooks are frustrating to use. They pull my hair out. It’s a terrible experience. I want to return the item but when I contacted customer service they really did not help me out. I loved the quick response about 24 hours. BUT they just copied a link. They did not address or offer solutions for how to correctly install the pony tail for someone with thin hair. There was just a link on how to do a return. Well, when I read through all the paragraphs I finally see that pony tails are not refundable. They could have just stated that in the email instead of making me read through all the refund policy. So, now I am stuck with a $215 pony tail that I can’t wear b/c I can’t figure out how to get it to stay around my pony tail. I am very frustrated.

it was a very clean website and easy to navigate. they had a lot of options and a lot of different links to choosing shades and lots of places you can go to chat with someone for help choosing color. the site looked high quality and safe.

I love the unique color/style options. No one has rooted blonde hair with low lights that go to the tips so it’s very unique and beautiful. I love the quality and versatility but the comfortably is a 2. It’s extremely painful to wears these clips ins. I have a head on the smaller side with fine thin hair for reference. No matter how I wear them or where I put them.. it’s so inanely uncomfortable. They don’t lay flat either. There’s always a bubble or ripple along the clip ins. Overall everything is perfect… I order a new set every six months because there’s no other color like it and with this quality but so painful.

I have been wearing halo couture extensions for several years since Halo is now a part of Bellami I decided I would give them a chance. I typically buy about two halos a year because I wear them daily. I was definitely very excited to try these out considering they have little clips and the price seemed very reasonable. Since this was my first time purchasing. I reached out for a color match the girl who helped me was extremely nice sent me a photo of the extensions and I ended up purchasing them. I also ended up purchasing a couple samples as well. The extensions came in a very timely manner when I opened them up I just took out the sample piece and I was super disappointed the color at the root was absolutely perfect for reference. I have a dimensional brown, blonde mixed hair definitely not unique and leans on the warmer side. I have quite a few halo couture extensions that work with my exact color hair such as 5/24,612, and shade 622. I was recommended shade bronze caramel. The root looked too great. It was dimensional. It had brown tones and blondes. It looked perfect but then sadly the complete ends of the extensions went to a solid blonde, which does not work with many dimensional natural hair colors people who just have highlighted hair have both blonde and brown at the end of their hair not just the root I was disappointed, but I grabbed the other swatch kit that I had ordered to look at those shades to see if there was something better into my disappointment all those other dimensional shades as well had the ends in a solid blonde, which makes no sense to me. I reached back out to the stylist to see if there was any other colors that could potentially work with my hair and they’re quite literally was nothing that was dimensional to the ends and that wasn’t solid. It’s extremely upsetting considering halo couture had several options that mimic more of a natural dimension and I couldn’t even find one that could work for me in Bellami I don’t like to use clippings. I know there are more color shade selections, but I have always gone with a halo style extension. It’s just when I’m comfortable with. It works very well for me and I’ve been using them for several years. I’m disappointed to now have to go with another company all because they’re just isn’t a good match that is dimensional from the route to the end shaft of the extension

Seems the colors that sell out you should have more on stock I think for a first time buyer you should definitely ask for a discount for their birthday as well to keep them coming back especially when extensions are $300. Expecting a good product we will find out.

I ordered the Silk Seam™ Textured Clip-In, Off Black #1B Natural Blowout × 1 16 IN / 200G, the quality is amazing and it blends with my hair perfectly. I’m a 3c/4a but I’m a little concerned that it may not blend as well for someone that’s a 4c. Maybe you guys could extend the line to match that pattern. But all in all the hair is a 10/10.

I purchased tape in hair extensions and have had them for less than a few weeks and they are already very crunchy and a hay like texture. I have worked with Bellami since 2019 and usually speak very highly of this company, however, people were approaching me telling me my hair looked fried and for spending close to $600 I was very disappointed with the quality of the hair.

Love Bellami hair. My clients love the hair as well. Very fast delivery. I ordered on a Friday and received it by Monday. Bellami is due to the word hair loss between six months to 12 months depending on how the client takes care of their hair I’m speaking from experience. I have some clients that are very hard on their hair, curling it every day and some that do not put as much heat on it so the ones that curl every day hair last about six months the ones that put very little heat on there there hurt loss up to 12 months before we need to replace it. Very happy with Bellami hair.

The process of purchasing or returning items is a breeze. The problem is that this isn’t the first time in the last year I’ve had to return a product because the color of the extension doesn’t quite match the photo shown or description. I feel like there need to be an updated photo and video to show the actual color of the hair available not just what the hair looks like. I love Bellami hair but the quality of color has been subpar lately.

Bellami is fine if you have no other options color wise. My hair has been in for one week and looks like its 6 months old. Instant split ends without using any heat. Will not buy again.
