I love the number of fabric and print options available to choose from. I’m wanting to find cleaner fabric options not covered in harmful chemicals for my family. I’m unsure how the fabrics from Bassett are treated but plan to do some research before purchasing.

The website was easy to find what I needed. The room planner was hard to use on a cell phone. That functionality should be improved. Adding furniture and moving onto the room was very hard.

The first time we entered the store, the salesman was not helpful, but I went back haven’t gone online and knew exactly what I wanted to order and the manager took the order seamlessly and was helpful in selecting fabric.

Interaction with the website is fine. The problem is finding Bassett Stores with enough inventory to sample more Items. I have been wanting to try out a Norwood Recliner, but no one has it available. I was able to test the Hudson model though.

I recently visited Basset after seeing the new furniture my cousin had purchased. My first visit was just a walk through with my husband. I called back to ask questions and the store manager was very helpful. I did return to the store to purchase 2 swivel chairs ( my husbands choice after visiting three other furniture stores) and they reminded me of the current sales prices, which was an added bonus. Delivery was quick and seamless by 2 white gloved, gentleman who removed their shoes to bring in furniture. Very professional and and they even arrived early !! We had a GREAT customer experience !!!

I found the website to select the pieces and options very easy to use and the AR feature was great. The ordering process was not that easy to use and I had to spend a lot of time entering the data several times. I get you emails but I couldn't get a password for my account, though I know I have used the website before for previous orders.

The mobile version of website needs to improve when navigating the fabric selection. Not easy to scrool and overlaps frequently making the experience difficult at times. Aside from that hiccup all other search engines have been user friendly.
