I have been looking on the Bassett website for quite a time, trying to determine what I am looking to purchase before visiting the store. The quality of furniture supersedes many other furniture stores. I have purchased bedroom furniture, as well as other items from the store over 20 years ago. I have looked at other stores, but all come back to Bassett, I have found that the customer service, as well as the sales and design elements to be exemplary!

Purchasing furniture through online applications at Bassett has been an easy and pleasant experience. I was looking for specific items to replace older furniture in my home and Bassett has met most of my needs. I would certainly recommend looking through the pages of items both regular price and on sale as well as clearance items to see if they have anything you want to purchase. I have found their items on sale and of good quality. I hope you can find as good as deal as I did.

I did not order the furniture online. I dealt with Marco Island Furniture, Marco Island, FL, otdering two chairs, a leather couch and ottoman. I knew Bassett had an excellent manufacturing reputation and are made in the U. S. However, I am disappointed with the workmanship and quality of the leather on the couch. The pillows and cushions are not firm or well-padded. Very disappointing. Not in keeping with Bassett’s best. However, I am very pleased with the leather ottoman and fabric chairs….very well made.

Very easy to find sofa style. Had some difficulty keeping color swatches up. Site kept reverting back to start. Would have liked a spot to enter color selection so I didn’t have to repeat several times my color selection to receive accurate price. The problem might have been because I work from an iPad not a computer but I do all my work, bills banking etc with no problem. Also, can I except my local store to give me the same discount that I received on line? Thank you

The Bassett Furniture website is easy to navigate and the images clearly display the products. The colors seem true to reality and it is possible to see various angles of each product. If the website could be enhanced so that a chair or sofa could be shown in all available leather color options, it would be ideal.

My only issue was that I applied for the ID.me nurse discount and I don't believe it was accurately applied to my order. I attempted to chat but waited in excess of 15 min for a response. Otherwise happy with product/purchase and will pursue post-purchase clarity with customer service

One problem. I drive 39 minutes to visit a store to try to test out the sofa. The store was closed, permanently, despite the website which indicated it was open. Very annoying.

My dresser drawer was not completely closing (there was a half-inch gap) and my nightstand drawer needs tugging to open. The repair man was able to close the dresser drawer and showed me what to do to resolve the issue in the future. However, he stated that the night stand issue cannot be resolved (it was normal) so I'm not thrilled about that because when I pull it from my bed position, it's awkward.
