This was not an online purchase. I made the purchase, custom sleeper) I person in the store. I have made multiple trips to the store and multiple communications with the staff. To date, there has been no resolution to poor product received. All attempts at resolution have been initiated by me. Staff is a.ways polite, but never put anything in writing and the issue S have yet to be resolved.

My last 5 furniture purchases have been from Bassett, so obviously I am very pleased with the quality of the merchandise and I have been equally pleased with the relationship that I have forged with Amber Brandenburg in the Huntsville store. She recommended several accessories and together we chose items that complemented my furniture. I will return to Bassett and always recommend it to my family and friends!! The only downside is waiting for my items to ship to me while it is being custom built!

The chat was contacted twice and they were condescending. Never received one item. Finally after emailing I was refunded, but I actually wanted the item. I do not understand why the item couldn’t have just been sent. The chat people had zero ability to handle it. Said it needed to go to corporate. It was literally a $5 sample. The people on chat have zero empowerment. I was going to order a bedroom set, but won’t risk it now.

I was greeted by a personable salesperson the moment I entered the Bassett store. Once i described what it was I was looking for ( a good sofa that was not too low and extremely plush and comfortable) she directed me to a specific area of sofas that might interest me. I was impressed with the selection of density in cushions for the sofas I was ordering. The fabric I selected is so beautiful and gives an inviting look to the room. The sofas are well made, the fabric design pattern is perfectly matched and I enjoy the plush comfort as I sit on either couch. I am extremely pleased with Bassett.
