I am a contract hospitality resale company. I do not order on-line, I work with sales reps (Bob & Jamey Bucci team), and direct customer service (Ann Hudley), of which I love both. I love working with Bassett because of their quick turn-arounds, and quality of product. it's also nice that you have stores where clients can look and sit and feel before buying. Bassett is one of our top 5 vendors for casegoods. I also find Thomasville delivery company to be the best in communication, and service. I am thankful that Bassett subs out to their unit for deliveries in my area's.

My salesperson, Michelle, was great to work with--knowledgeable, patient, helpful, straightforward. The furniture was ready about when expected, coordinating the actual delivery time was handled very well, and the delivery men were very careful and helpful. The furniture is beautiful and the quality is evident. The only unexpected thing is the seating height of the sofa and chair feels somewhat higher than what I experienced in the store.

The seam on the top front of seat cushion is very obviously uneaten. It sags down on right side of one sofa and is very visible. And it slightly is uneven on other matching sofa (The Oliver). It surprises me that a more thorough quality control check was not performed before being shipped out. Thankfully they are both under warranty and I hope Bassett does the right thing. The store mgr has been contacted about the situation. I am waiting on a resolution.

I found that the products you sell are well made. I loved the updated styles and the fabrics you feature. I was so pleased with your sales person, Susan . She was very helpful in helping me select my furniture. She was very approachable when I walked into the store.

I felt pressured to buy to lock in a price. However, bassett runs 30% sales all the time. I didn't like the color the designer picked out for my chair. It looks grayish and dirty in my room with the color of the walls which are more yellow/gold. They wouldn't let me pause or cancel the chair. They will not take the chair back. I felt pressured to buy and now I have a $2200 chair I don't care for. I did like my 2 swivel gliders, the fabric colors and pillows. The area rug was not large enough for the room and the colors blend but don't pop. The designer came to my house and measured. The designer never showed me a layout of the furniture in my room.

I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Furniture quality is very good. Delivery was great. My only complaint would be the length of time it took to receive the furniture. And the lack of communication after purchasing until the furniture was sent for delivery.

The ordering process online was very easy, however, follow up as to the status of my order with somewhat limited. I finally reached out to customer service to find out if it would be shipping soon, and then I was immediately notified of an appointment.

I already purchased from the store and owned two of the pillows I ordered online. The previous pillows had high quality down inserts and the online ones were cheap poly fill. I paid the same price. Not cool.

Received 2 items - couch was damaged during delivery/set up and the chair squeaks. Neither issue has been resolved as of 10/10/26 after several weeks of being in contact with Bassett.

In looking for furnishings for my clients with a transitional design style, I happened upon the Arley Lounge chair and ended up on the Bassett site where I found many more pieces that would work great for this client. I'd never been into a Bassett showroom and associated overstuffed leather recliners with the name. I was so wrong! I found the majority of pieces for the client's Living Room and office there. When they came into town in advance of moving here, I scheduled a trip to the North Scottsdale Bassett Showroom. I spoke to David Shillinglaw in advance, and he had prepared the fabrics and identified the pieces I was most interested in my client seeing. He printed out hard copies of the tear sheets for them as well. My client and I were very impressed. David's preparation and attention to my clients while we were there were very appreciated and allowed us to make the most of the time there. My clients made decisions and were very excited about the experience. Now that the furniture is in their home and they have moved into the home, they are enjoying every piece, especially the American glider chairs.

I decided I wanted a reclining loveseat was looking online came across this one I bought it not even sure what the color was nearest store didn’t have samples of the color nor loveseat in showroom. I couldn’t be more pleased for it goes well with my other furniture. Thank you Bassett!

um dissatisfied with the fabric quality and the cushions they are hard and uncomfortable it is not whatnimpicked and sat onnin the showroom. The rug doesnt match like we were shown in the showroom. Not the feeling or asthetics i was going for.

Never ever order from Bassett. I did a lot of work to prepare for my order, disposing of my current bed and clearing the room, and my order was incomplete. I was stuck sleeping on the floor for a week at 8 months pregnant. I had to work with customer service who did not seem to care about the inconvenience or pain they were causing. I was expected to coordinate between customer service and delivery (delivery team was amazing) but I had no one looking out for me. Don’t buy from them.

The color is perfect. That’s why I special ordered with Bassett. However, I The rest of this report is very negative. This is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat in. My guests confirm that they also cannot find a comfortable position on the couch….. either just sitting up straight, and especially not in any reclining position. The back of the couch is at an angle that presses your back mid back, leaving the lower back with no support. I did not want to sink into the couch, so I paid extra for the mid level support. Big mistake. It is very stiff with no give at all. I special ordered because I wanted the special upholstery, but if there was any way to return this, I certainly would

I traveled down to the Bassett store in Stuart where I met Lisa who was very knowledgeable with the products. She listened to everything I was looking for and did an amazing job of suggesting items, patterns, and styles. From start to finish, Lisa was amazing. Then, I called about two weeks later to add to my order. Lisa got right on the phone with me and remembered what I ordered and what else I had been interested in. I cannot say enough great things about the delivery service!! I got a call the day before about the 3 hour window. On. The day of, I loved how you could check and see where the truck was to gauge when they would be arriving. The delivery men were kind, respectful, and so very helpful. They were extremely careful and placed everything exactly the way I wanted it and then pieced it all together. They made sure I was happy before they left. I am a Bassett customer for life!

Understood item in stock. When I didn't see it had shipped, tried to contact. Finally found an email route. Reply said not in stock and would ship in a week. Once it was supposed to ship, I could not trace it. Finally arrived a day later than I was told and much later than I originally expected. So, late delivery, customer service hard to contact and no follow up to let me know status.

Awful, awful experience. I saw a bed I liked online, so I went into the store. The associate told me they did not have the item in store, but I walked around and found the item. I asked questions about the information on the website (e.g. how different measurements are defined) and she told me, “I don’t know it’s on the website”. As I left she said if I planned to order to order through the store so she could get credit. There was no credit to give, I received no help in store so I purchased online. As instructed, I cleared out existing furniture out of the space prior to delivery. When my product arrived, the bed slats were too short. The delivery team was LOVELY and submitted an issue, sent pictures, etc. I had to call customer service about 3 times that day to verify the parts were getting ordered. The following day UPS was still saying they had not received the package, so I called customer service again and eventually the product was shipped that day. The slats have no arrived today, but no one has contacted me about installation. I have called customer service 10 times with no answer and submitted email inquiries. I also called the delivery number and no one answered. I am 8 months pregnant and sleeping on a floor and no one from this company seems to care. I will never purchase from them again.

Website is great. The colors are very close to real items. We purchased a couch and ottoman from Tyler, TX store. With Kevin Brown's fantastic help, we also purchased fabric to recover two living room chairs. I just wanted samples of the fabric to look at while we are waiting for delivery. All wonderful! AND ordering the samples is amazing that I was not charged even for shipping. First time EVER when it is "Free" it really is free! thank you!
