Communication and delivery were all good. Overall I’d say basset is very expensive and it’s very difficult to tell when you’re paying the best price as there’s always a sale going on. Furniture is nice but I’m not sure that the quality justifies the price and if I had to do it again I probably wouldn’t purchase from there. You can get a nice room and board piece of furniture for less and they’re a more high end brand

can not get through to anyone in customer service. I purchase 200,000.00 worth oof products from various vendors per year. This is for a law office. the orders need to be reieved and consolidated. I did not want to be forced to use white glove. No reason for it. Just paying for something that is not neccessay. My receiver does all of that. I have a tax letter, no professional discount. I have made mulitple attempts to connect with you by chat and phone.
