It was not clear how to find replacement parts and I wasn’t sure what the name of my replacement part was called. I ended up searching the term the chat bot gave me and found the storage basket for our stroller. Finding what I needed was tricky but once I found it everything was easy.

I really like the basket on the bottom of the stroller, however, I think it would be better if it somehow was more sturdy around the top of the basket (I have seen better ones like with the Uppababy vista stroller). I bought this stroller used and the sides of the basket were stretched and items in the basket would fall out. Overall it still is nice though and holds a lot! As for the front wheels, the wheels are not very sturdy and are mainly just made of plastic. When I bought the stroller used, the middle of the wheels were completely destroyed and I have seen reviews from a lot of people with the same problem. The stroller is very long and it can be hard to maneuver in some places-however, I love how the seats can be rearranged and how sturdy it is! Overall I love the stroller but there are some things that I think are better with other strollers.

I am frustrated that accessories for my stroller model purchased in 2019/2020 are generally out of stock. I went with this stroller back then due to its modular nature, thinking it would adapt for each change in our family, but because my children ultimately had a large age gap, there is not much available to modify now. That said, I am grateful that replacement parts are available for my stroller still, because I recently broke a front wheel.

I purchased the item I was looking for but I didn't have a picture to verify...Hopefully I got the correct one. So have pictures would be good to see..and the shipping is expensive. And I had a coupon that it would be free shipping but it wasn't so that was a bummer.

Too 3 things I love about baby jogger products: style, quality and the fact they offer replacement parts for sale. Strollers are pricey so it’s reassuring to know that if something breaks, I can simply buy a replacement part. Baby jogger products are top of the line so I don’t expect to be buying replacement parts often, but it gives me peace of mind knowing I can if need be.

I bought the city turn car seat off the recommendation of a close friend for my baby and I truly love everything about it except one thing. There’s no where to store the buckles when not in use. Nuna has pockets or built in magnets so that when you put your child in, you don’t have to dig them out from behind the child. I didn’t think about checking for that before I bought it but I was disappointed to find it didn’t have any sort of similar option.

When trying to find replacement parts for my city select there was no pictures or the items and no description to clearly state if it was the item I wanted. Also there are some items that are never in stock like the brake assembly. I would love to be able to continued customer but this is the second time I’ve had to make a purchase phase on the website and it sucks. I love my stroller for my twins but how y’all keep the website makes returning customers or the ones with the older versions feel like you don’t care about us as customers that yall only want to sell the most expensive and newest things instead of giving accurate descriptions and photos and keeping in stock some of the older model parts. I even tried to reach out to yall for help since the website is so vague. And not a word. This will be my last purchase. And if I receive the incorrect items and will be selling it all like all the other baby jogger strollers I have found on the internet and go with a wonderfold or something.

I had no problems with the website. I was able to complete my order without any issues whatsoever. I am a great-grandmother buying a Baby Jogger stroller for my great-grandaughter. It will remain in my vehicle and I will use it when she is with me. I have purchased Baby Jogger products in the past with my grandchildren and have used their stroller in Walt Disney World. It is a good stroller, and worthy of being a part of my "Granny Gear".

I found the item I was looking for without any trouble. I placed the order and hope to receive it in a week or so. The only concern I have is that my shipping address is my mailing address and not my physical address. This concerns me because delivery services may have trouble delivering to me. It would help to allow entry of both addresses when ordering an item as I am sure I am not the only person with different mailing and physical addresses which cause confusion for delivery services.
