I found the item I was looking for without any trouble. I placed the order and hope to receive it in a week or so. The only concern I have is that my shipping address is my mailing address and not my physical address. This concerns me because delivery services may have trouble delivering to me. It would help to allow entry of both addresses when ordering an item as I am sure I am not the only person with different mailing and physical addresses which cause confusion for delivery services.

The product and shipping and everything was great, no complaints on that. My only complaint is why wasn’t the lap bar included in the original purchase? I wish I didn’t have to order it extra. I would’ve paid more upfront to get it in the full stroller purchase. Parents have enough decision fatigue, don’t give us a reason to search for alternatives.

This carrier was a shower gift for granddaughter. I ordered through an on line service. Something I did went wrong and I never got a confirmation number on my purchase. I contacted the service and they told me to contact Baby Jogger . I contacted your company and a Customer Service person was so caring, polite and treated me like I was her grandmother. She took care of the problem quickly and was so knowledgeable. Any company that has a customer service department should use this young lady as a model! Her support left me speechless. I am 82 and I found my experience to be so surprising. I called, the phone was answered by a human which was great in its self. I explained my situation and from there this young lady searched for the order identified the problem and so politely helped me correct my error and just like that my confirmation showed up in my messages! This truly was a good experience! I wish I wrote down her name she should get acknowledged by her superiors!

I think the glider board needs to have a little bit more information as to whether or not it’s compatible with the city mini G3 strollers. And I think that all of your strollers should have some level of accessories for the strollers such as cupholders or cell phone holders things like that.

We have bought from baby jogger since 2017 for all of our children and it is ridiculous that there aren't easy to buy adapters for our strollers we've bought over the years. I can't recommend baby jogger for this reason. You didn't care for your long term customers when making new products.

I didn't like that the city select 2 adapters were not available and you had to purchase a 2nd seat. I have seen many people say that they have been "out of stock" for a VERY long time and people believe it is just to force people to buy a 2nd seat. If you have an infant and a toddler, you don't need a second seat now and it is very costly. I am a single mom and i have to pay for everything; mortgage, daycare, utilities, food, all baby supplies. It is very costly and if you can save some money now it is helpful. People will buy the 2nd seat when the children are older and it gives a few years for people to save.

No picture for the replacement buckle for the stroller seat. I had to use online forum to confirm correct item. Not very clear on site. Otherwise, I truly love my City Select 2! I highly recommend this stroller.
