I started off using my cell phone. This is NOT a phone friendly site. I became so frustrated that I almost closed it out and forget about placing an order. But, the computer was available for me to use. So, I logged in on it and proceeded to browse the site and find what I wanted. But, it was also somewhat frustrating for 2 reasons. First, it times out and signs you out too quickly when you step away from the computer and it doesn't even tell you. It looks like you are signed in, but gives you issues when trying to click on a product. I had to refresh the page to get it to show that I wasn't logged in. Then, it let me log back in. Secondly, every time I clicked on a product to read the info about it and then went back to the page with all the items on the screen, it would take me back to the top of the page instead of the area with the product I'd clicked on, making me have to scroll all the way back down to where I was to continue my browsing. Its not a big problem when you are near the top of the list, but is as you get closer to the bottom because it is time consuming. Adding a "continue shopping" button that would take you back to where you were would help. Another suggestion for improvement would be to give an option to include clearance items along with regular priced items when you filter. For example, if I shop jewelry, show the clearance jewelry along with the non clearance jewelry.
