I was okay in general with your website, although it took me a while to figure out how to place the order. I finally just entered my item in the search area and added the number of items I wanted to purchase that way. I was interested in a few other products but was too frustrated to navigate your process. I did find it easy to apply my 25% discount for ordering over $100 and was happy about the free shipping. It was hearing about the free shipping from a friend that prompted me to place my order. I was successful in selecting the free item for purchasing $60 and wanted to order the pink $68 makeup bag for $15, however when I selected it, the price was added at full price not $15. I unselected and reselected it at least twice and it was added but at the full price, so I finally unselected it and decided it wasn't worth the effort to figure out. I'm only sharing this information because of the survey prompt and to make you aware of the glitch within the system or my inability to properly navigate it. I doubt it is the latter because I was able to apply the 25% off discount with no problem. If in fact the additional were to come off at the very end, a notation to that effect should have been included in the details as well. Not wanting to risk paying full price I opted to not purchase at all. It looked like a cute bag though and would have made a nice gift for someone. On a positive note, I liked how the special options was listed in the ribbon making it super easy to try out a few other types of deodorants that I've never tried before. I use to sell Avon as a teen years ago and have only used your deodorants since that time. I wish there was a way to smell samples of your men's fragrances. I wanted to purchase some for my adult sons. Thank you for considering my survey responses when making changes in the future.
