I wanted a soap that helped fuel my skin with adding moisture, not depleting it. I chose this soap because I like the body oil that it represents. The two are not the same; the feel it gave my skin was nice but the smell is NOT, it was too strong and not in a good way. I won't be using the soap but it's not worth the cost of the return so I'll just give it to my brother to use as a bug repellent when hunting or fishing. I would not recommend this soap at all.

Skin so soft shower gel is one of my favorite products. It smells so clean and fresh. I recommend shopping the Avon site for this product .

Website seemed a little clunky this time but it was still quite easy ro navigate. I appreciated that the specials were clearly posted in my email msgs. The order was quick to ship! Tracking was clear.

ordered glittered waterproof eyeliner pencils. one of the pencils had no eyeliner in the pencil. called first time was told it would not be replaced, only return or refund. asked to speak to supervisor, she just left me hanging, not put on hold, or transferred. told me that supervisor would tell me same thing, when i insisted on speaking to supervisor, finally transferred to a man who was just as unhelpful. been buying Avon products for over 50 years, never had a problem with getting a replacement for a defective product. waited for about 30 minutes and called customer service again. this time i got and English speaking woman who was able to give me the information on filing a claim for the defective item online without mailing back a item that cost $4.50. would have spent twice that amount in gas running to post office and cost of postage. followed the second customer reps instruction, within same day got confirmation that item was being replaced and should receive within 7-10 days. wasted several hours on a issue that in past would have taken no effort at all. at least you have some reps who are doing a great job of keeping a loyal customer.

I really liked the site but I was looking for original skin so soft for helping with mosquitoes and there are so many types. Also with the new packaging it made me second guess that I was buying the correct product. Only when I went into the reviews, did I know for sure I was getting the correct product.

I love Avon. Growing up , we had an Avon lady visit regularly and get our order. We used Avon exclusively. That was 50 or more ago. I was an Avon Rep myself for 8 years. I still love their products and still use some of the same products I did growing up like bubble bath and skin so soft! Love it!

Im from California and always had my products delivered through my Avon Rep. Which mostly was skin so soft original. I moved to Texas and was running out of the bug guard the mosquitoes are crazy out here. So I contacted her and she gave me her website. I placed my order and a week later my skin so soft products where here

Good sells today . I was trying to leave a review on the perfume today and couldn’t. You all change the scent it does stay on more than 5 mins you say you didn’t but I have an original bottle with a little in it. The color and scent is different thinking about having a lab test it You all are not being truthful. I wore that perfume from the first week it went on the market. Check my order history. I know the difference I got to mix other perfumes with it to smell like I got something on. You should have raised the price instead of taking away from the fragrance.

When I typed in the search bar Skin So Soft bath oil, the site kept going back to the bath lotion. That happened a number of times. So I place my initial order by comparing the product appearance assuming maybe you had changed the name. Then when I discovered it would cost me $26 to return the order, I decided to give it to a homeless person or whatever. I also, decided that I will not order from your online site. The billing also had issues due to lack of clear instructions. I had to click on my bag a number of times before it took me to checkout. It kept trying to upsell me. Most annoying when you are ready to check out. Your online was the worst experience I have had. In the future I will order through one of you agents, not your website.

I was ordering skin so soft oil and the lotion was supposed to be an add on to my order for 99cents but somehow I never got the oil had to place another order for it.

Checkout on Mobile is not working

On mobile the checkout process was horrible and was not working. Would not let me checkout as guest after filling cart so tried signing in. It tried sending me a code but it never showed up tried multiple times. Tried ‘forgot password’ to see if that would work, code showed up but after entering the code, said there was an error. I closed the site and tried again. This time I logged in before shopping. It asked me for new password and I got in. Filled my cart again. During checkout it froze and gave me the ‘submit order’ button without even asking me for a payment. I tried to go back and find where to enter payment info. I went back to cart and started checkout again. This time the payment options were visible so I selected applepay and it went through. This was a horrible user experience. It did not give me a way to pay, it kept giving g errors and forced me to retry multiple times. I told my rep it wasn’t working and thought she could just take my order but she said to try again I test sites for a living and this would fail.

Outstanding product quality, you have one of the best makeup’s on the market. Also, the skin so soft product line is amazing. I love the body lotion and the hand cream. Shipping was fast and I received everything I ordered. I love looking around on the website and seeing new products that are available. As a matter of fact I ordered a couple of new ones. However, my only complaint is that I would love to have a copy of a paper brochure but I couldn’t find a place on the site to order one. I’m more apt to purchase more products if I have a catalog that I can sit down and flip through.
