I am trying a new hair routine for 2026 and my go-to is Aveda. I was happy to see the new bond-building treatments as I was intending to purchase these from another salon brand thinking that you didn’t have them! I do have a few concerns though with Aveda. I appreciate the discount on subscriptions but hate that you send everything in separate boxes after the initial order. I wish all 4- or 6-month items were packaged together, at 4 and 6 months (like Drmtlgy.com does). Finally, I was expecting to get to pick 4 free samples at checkout as listed on your offer page today - but this option was never available. Are you just throwing 4 things in? Also, I tried to order 7 items plus add 1 item with points - but I got an error saying that I could only order up to 14 items at a time…while I was only trying to order 8. I specialize in retail customer experience and would love to work with your programmers to fix these frustrating glitches!
