at first I tried to complete the checkout on my phone and entered my information several different times while being met with an error to make sure that my information was correct. When I reloaded the page it turns out that the error was because I used the SMSWELCOME discount while trying to checkout as a guest.
I ended up going to my computer to do the checkout instead which was not the end of the world but a little annoying that I had to find all of the items again.
Maybe I just missed it but it would be nice to have some sort of disclaimer that the welcome code only works if you create an account. I'm 23 and definitely have a bit of impatience for long signup processes -- yours was very streamlined -- but I'm typically a little more averse to actually going and making an account, especially for something like hair products.
I usually shop in-store but didn't this time, so at least for me there isn't a lot of return-on-value for making an account.
Conversely this survey felt more worthwhile because of the potential money.
