Next to each part there is a discount code, when I tried to enter it, it was "invalid"? Also, as I kept looking for different parts, my vehicle kept changing which was super annoying. The site kept adding new vehicles and I kept deleting them to get back to my vehicle.

Decent products for decent price. However, never received an order confirmation from autopartsway so didn't know if the order was received or not. Not able to track shipping info since I didn't received any emails after the order was placed. Parts were not padded or secured properly inside shipping box. Packaging for brake pads came ripped opened.

I was somewhat sure that you offered free shipping over $100.00. Last time made a purchase, I had the option for free shipping if I used longer shipping days. This time no free shipping offered at all ! Also I need the same rotors for the the front, but apparently not in stock until May 24/26 that is a little disappointing.

There was supposed to be free shipping on orders over $100.00 but at checkout it would not allow me to get free shipping on the order. I would like a credit for my shipping costs as promised.

Overall interaction with website today is fine. Product descriptions have repeated information so it's cumbersome to found relevant information. During checkout, the "optional" shipping insurance really should be optional and asking for tips is not necessary.

I think the experience will be good.However, the pictures and descriptions are woefully imprecise and incomplete. I guess that I’ll wait and see.This is an issue with all sites I have used except Rock Auto. I find that saddening.

the check out page constantly gave an error on the address. I found my way to get onto my account, update the address over there and then it automatically updated on the checkout page. It nearly made me give up the process. But I somehow understood the glitch but took some time. Also to give a comprehensive comment I need to wait and see how and when the products arrive.

Theres no Support. Which will lead me to never order again. Even just a few hours after an order was placed it could not be modified. I just wanted to add more. Real bad system. Its an auto part store with no support. Had to google a phone number and even then no help just generic we cant help. Told me to just refuse the package? This isn't a solution. Package hasn't shipped and very likely not even packaged in just the little time that has past since it was ordered. (12:40am) and called right in the morning when they opened.
