Not happy with the shipping arrangement why isn’t there a pick up location if the warehouse is based in Ontario. I would have been a lot happier if i could pick up sooner - being a mechanic I can’t wait for part to be delivered if I need them asap when cars break down and you need a part quickly how will you be able to fulfill my needs, I purchased from your website for the quality of parts but don’t like the fact I have to wait so long for delivery.

It was difficult to find the right part, partly because my part had two versions for that model year. But also the website did not flag this and had errors - for example it said there were 4 items found but there were only two diplayed and no other page. Also when I entered part number some times webpage said it was for Audi TT and sometimes for Audi A4 so I was nervous to order. The online chat helped a lot as did the warehouse who checked VIN match but the whole process was not easy.

Your site has less available products for my 2000 vw diesel beetle which I can understand but the fine Motul engine Oil is still readily available for all diesel VW 505 or 502 standard C3 vehicles so I’m disappointed. I will not likely shop here again after over 10 years on your site.

I was a little annoyed that the discount code did not work. I like navigating in the site. It would be nice if the description of the parts also included what the part is used for and where it is located on the vehicle.

Site worked well overall and was easy to navigate. There is a Tip line on the shopping cart check out. First time I have seen this on any site, and not sure whether I agree with that or not. However, I did decide to leave a Tip - the site would not let me, it kept saying "enter a valid number". I tried several ways to enter the tip but no luck. Went to zero and the transaction went through???

Very bad experience since a long time, shopping on a car parts website. Wrongful and misleading information on a part’s page. Customer service state that it’s an ordering error while making up weird comparisons by email. 0/10 experience and will be happy to share to anyone looking for parts to keep away from this company.
