I ordered filter cartridges online. Some days later i realized that my billing was wrong in your accounts so i called to fix that. After that was done, i asked when the filters would arrive, and was told they would not ship out for at least a week from when i ordered them. i was dismayed, due to the fact, which i did not express to the person on the phone, that my old filter was long long past replacement time, and i had actually been getting quite sick from my water (i am acutely chemically sensitive) without realizing. So i expressed the dismay that it would take that long to even be shipped out, and then i hung up. i was not angry or rude but i hung up after just saying "thanks, bye". i was very disappointed and freaked out about not having good water to drink (water is a huge issue for me). BUT within a week i went to check on the progress of the order and it had been sent out almost immediately after that phone call, so i received it quite soon. i was very surprised and extremely pleased. i really appreciate that expediting of the shipping of those filters. i hope you will thank, for me, whomever helped move that order!
