I have used the Aquasana well water system for close to 15 years now, only pain I had was you guys switched the diameters of the pipe size on me once, which took several trips to the hardware store to get it fixed up. No problems with the system ever.

Website is great. Easy to find products. One suggestion - based on my login and whole-home filter installed, if you guys can show me whether or not a product is compatible, that would help. For e.g., if I wanted to buy the pre-filter, there seem to be two sizes available. If I don’t know which one I need, it can delay my purchase.

The Apple Pay function didn't work. It looked like the order went through but then I got a couple of red boxes at the top of the screen saying to enter a valid phone number even though I had. Tried it a few times. Eventually used PayPal which worked.

We've used aquasana for a year now and loved it so much that when we tasted the water at our friend's house immediately volunteered to get her on the bandwagon as well. It's absolutely great and her kids are always asking to drink the water at our house instead of theirs lol. It's so easy to just set and forget until the next filter comes thru and costs way less than the five gallon bottles deliveries we used to do. 10/10 would recommend. And I love how easy it is to place the orders on the website, the auto refill of filters is just great.

Returning costumer because customer service was excellent when helping to install my last system. I called and quickly got a gentleman on the phone that was knowledgeable enough to solve my problem. Constant text and emails are excessive! It's always disappointing to find out you paid too much when you get the "sale" text notification the day after you make a purchase. The products sell themselves. Just set the price low year round.

I have had a Aquasana filtration system since 2017 and love the product. I live in a town where the town water is from wells so the water is of poor quality. With the Aquasana system my family and I have noticed a major difference in the water quality. We are coming up on our 10 year/ 1 million gallon mark and I will definitely be purchasing a new system.

I why there was an easy way to contact a licensed person for service. We have the Rhino system and while we can handle the smaller filters dealing with the large filters is another matter. It's on only issue that is of concern in recommending the system. We are elderly as are our friend that the larger filter will be an issue.

Love the product. Family notices the difference in the taste and quality of the water. Frustrating to have all my orders say free shipping but to then have $15.00 of shipping added in checkout. Also see things about 50% off but not seeing that these prices are any different or more at other times.
