The first replacement filter for my new ro system were on back order for about 2 months. I called and keep being told "in about a week". Your product is expensive and requires a lot of hands on attention.

Product looks good... have not yet installed it. But... Aquasana will NOT stop sending marketing emails. For water treatment systems even though I just purchased one. Extremely annoying. Just STOP with the incessant heavy marketing.

https://tastesfood.com/can-you-recycle-aquasana-filters/ I love the Claryum 2 stage product but I was under the impression that the used filters could be sent back to the company for free to be recycled. Since according to customer service this is not true then inaccurate information found online through other sources claiming you can recycle them (see link above) should be clarified on your website. Very disappointed I can't recycle through your company. Hopefully there is an option to recycle them somewhere within my county.

I like the web sites layout and how adding different attachments to the whole house filters show the details in what it adds as well as the effect on total price. Making it easy to shop and customize for my customers. However for a 2,000 dollar order I’m not a fan of paying for shipping as well.

I can’t say anything until I receive my products. I think your replacement cartridges are quite expensive. I live in Canada so rather than shipping to my home for $95 I am getting it sent to the border town near me.

Everything was easy. The only thing that was a little confusing was that I knew I was supposed to have free shipping and yet I had to pick which shipping option I wanted so I chose the lowest which was $6.99. It was credited later in the transaction but that can be confusing.
