First, I went onto the aquasana website to purchase a replacement UV bulb for my whole house Rhyno water filter system. I intentionally ensure I was in the right product and picked the UV lamp link from there and ordered the replacement. However the product that I was directed to was the wrong product. The return process was not seamless, I had to call you (Aquasana) to get a return code and I’m responsible for shipping to return the product. With online shopping these days, the consumer shouldn’t be responsible for the shipping cost for returning something. None of the major online retailers ask the consumer to be responsible for shipping cost for returns. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Also, since I have an aquasana account set up, the replacement products i need for the filtering system should be readily available to me to reorder. This is silly that I have to do a search on your website to find the replacement product for my filtering system. The link to the UV replacement lamp is for the newer version of the Rhyno system that you rolled out. I wasn’t aware and that added to the problem.
