I bought a home that had an aquasana system installed by the previous owner. I needed a replacement filter and ordered from you online. I have since been carpet bombed with a never ending stream of unwanted emails and online ads touting your product, not to mention this ridiculous “survey” that attempted to collect a bunch of data that has absolutely nothing to do with my purchase and that I can only guess would be sold to a data broker if I was dumb enough to provide it to you. Honestly, why else would you need to know my age, income, ethnicity, etc. to gauge my satisfaction with a $20 filter? And your question about my gender is offensive. There are two genders, the other choices you offer are nonsense.
So, in summary:
I ordered your product because I needed a filter.
There is nothing spectacular about your product.
There was nothing spectacular about your delivery.
There was nothing spectacular about your customer support.
All of the above were acceptable, so you that would get you a 5 or 6 out of 10.
Your incessant emails and targeted online ads and your attempt to farm my data are annoying and retarded. So overall I’d have to say you get a 2.
